My mic is the blue yeti,
I wonder is it possible to use one mic for the PC and then PS4 at the same time? Maybe the mic connected to the PC and than to PS4?

I would advise against that with USB devices. You may damage your mic or the USB ports.
You should use the a USB mic as a standalone with your PC or your PS4

You can connect a auxiliary cable on the line-in on your the PC and plug the other end into the PS4 controller.
On the PS4 settings select to output all audio to headphones.
On the PC, open Sound settings and select the Recording tab.
Right click Line In, select Properties, on Properties, select the Listen tab and check 'Listen to this device'.
Disable any sound effect...usually on the Enhancements tab.
